Shipping

We apply a flat shipping fee of $25 CAD to every order.

After placing your order for the keepsake, we will notify you via email to confirm the purchase.

This email will contain detailed instructions regarding the required amount of clothing, as well as an order form. On the form, you can specify important details—such as any text to be included on the bear and which specific garments should be given a prominent position.

You can send your selected garments to us in one of two ways:

1. Order a Prepaid Shipping Kit: After placing your order, we will mail a prepaid shipping package to your address. All you need to do is place your fabric inside and drop it off to be shipped back to us.
2. Ship it yourself: You cover the packaging and shipping costs to mail the items directly to us.

Once manufactured, the finished goods are immediately dispatched to their final destination, accompanied by the printed invoice. We will notify you via email once they have been shipped.

Refund and Returns Policy

For memory keepsake items once I have started working on your keepsake (after I have received your items) a refund is not possible, as this is a custom item. If you have changed your mind after purchasing, but before shipping your items, please get in touch to start the refund process.
